摘　　要：目的总结、分析湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗5级糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法33例5级糖尿病足溃疡患者，在局部采用MEBO结合外科清创技术治疗的同时，给予抗感染、营养支持等全身综合治疗，观察记录治疗效果。结果33例患者中，死亡2例，失访1例，治愈30例，治愈率为90．91％；创面愈合时间为34—196d，平均71．16d。结论MEBO治疗5级糖尿病足溃疡能有效降低高位截肢率，促进创面愈合及患足功能的恢复，疗效肯定。Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of MEBO in the treatment of Wagner 5 diabetic foot ulcer （DFU） and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Thirty-three patients with Wagner 5 DFU were treated with topical application of MEBO plus surgical dehridement, in combination with the systemic treatments including anti -infection, nutritional support and etc. , and the therapeutic effects were observed and recorded. Results Of the 33 patients, 2 were dead, 1 got lost during the follow-up, and the other 30 were healed. The curative rate was 90. 91%. The healing time of the wounds were 34 - 196 days, at an average of 71.16 days. Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of Wagner 5 DFU can realize definitetherapeutic effects such as effectively decreasing the rate of high amputation, and promoting the wound healing and functional rehabilitation of the affected foot.
