新型城镇化导向下公共服务设施空间配置模式研究——以渭南市主城区为例

摘　　要：新型城镇化的核心要点是"以人为本,实现人的城镇化",追求"量"到"质"的飞跃。公共服务设施作为人们生活、工作、游憩、交往等活动的硬件载体,是城市质量的重要体现,是实现健康城镇化的必然路径。研究在深入解读新型城镇化内涵要素、梳理公共服务设施相关理论及实践的基础上,从等级体系、功能结构、空间类型、行为需求等多角度切入,构建新型城镇化导向下基于不同角度的公共服务设施空间模式,最后借助空间句法及GIS分析方法对渭南市主城区公共服务设施进行综合评价,在此基础上进行空间布局优化,为渭南市实现内涵式发展提供可选路径。The core point of new urbanization is that ＂people-oriented, the reali zat ion of human urbanization＂. It pursuits the leap from ＂quantity＂ to ＂quality＂. Public service facilities as the hardware carrier of people live, work, recreation, communication and other activities, is an important manifestation of urban quality, is inevitable path to achieve healthy urbanization. The research build the spatial patterns of public service facilities guided under the new urbanization. Finally with the space syntax and GIS analysis methods we take a comprehensive evaluation on public services in Weinan main urban areas and provide alternative paths to achieve intensive development.
