摘 要:利用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、光学金相显微镜、光谱仪等仪器,对40Mn2锻造磨球以及锻造坯料进行组织分析和化学成分测定,探讨了生产过程中锻造磨球出现裂纹和心部孔洞等缺陷的主要原因。结果表明:锻造坯料中存在较严重的带状组织和缩孔、夹杂等缺陷;同时锻造磨球淬火过程中热处理工艺参数不合理,形成粗大的魏氏组织;建议在冶炼过程中添加去渣剂,在轧制生产过程后增加均匀化退火处理,在锻造生产中调整加热、冷却条件以避开魏氏组织生成区域。This paper discussed the main causes of defects such as cracks, central holes or others involved in the productive process of 40Mn2 forging grinding ball. The instruments such as scanning electron microsope ( SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDS ) , optical metallographic microscope and spectrometer were employed to analyze the microstructure and determine the chemical composition for 40Mn2 forging billets. The results showed that many defects including shrinkage porosity, inclusions and severe banded structure were observed in forging billets. In addition, unreasonable quenching process parameters led to the coarse widmanstatten structure formation inside the forged grinding balls. In order to avoid forming the widmanstatten structure, the suggestions are following: adding deslagging agent in smelting process, homogenization annealing treatment after the rolling production, adjusting the heating and cooling conditions in forging production.
