摘 要:目的探讨及评估眼科A超五点标记法在眼轴测量困难眼中的可靠性及应用价值,提高眼轴测量的准确性和精确性。方法选取2013年5~12月在河北省眼科医院临床诊断为视网膜脱离、硅油填充无晶状体眼、玻璃体积血患者各30例共90只眼,分别利用常规A超、A超五点标记法、IOL—Master测量眼轴,将测量结果进行统计学分析比较,其中硅油填充眼玻璃体声速统一设定为986m/s,A超测量8次取平均值,IOL-Master测量5次取平均值。结果利用常规A超、A超五点标记法、IOL—Master测量眼轴长度分别为:(1)视网膜脱离眼:(25.05±2.37)、(26.74±2.56)、(26.75±2.56)mm.(2)硅油填充无晶状体眼:(23.77±1.34)、(22.78±1.40)、(22.79±1.41)mm。(3)玻璃体积血眼:(21.95±1.26)、(23.07±0.92)、(23.08±0.92)mm。结论五点标记法是常规A超测量困难眼的有效检查手段,具有较高地准确性及实用性,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate and evaluate the reliability and value of ophthalmic ultra sound Ascan by fivepoint marking in the measurement of difficult eye axial length, in order to im prove the accuracy and precision of eye axial length measurement. Methods In the prospective clin ical study, measurements of AL obtained from 90 eyes of 30 subjects were compared with the con ventional Ascan, IOLMaster and the fivepoint marking method. Results The eye axial length mea sured by conventional Ascan, IOLMaster and the fivepoint marking method were as follows: 1.reti nal detachment group: (25.05±2.37)mm, (26.74±2.56)mm, (26.75±2.56)mm; 2.aphakic and silicone oil tamponade group: (23.77±1.34)mm, (22.78±1.40)mm, (22.79±1.41)mm; 3.vitreous hemorrhage group: (21.95 ± 1.26)mm, (23.07 ± 0.92)mm, (23.08±0.92)mm. Conclusions The fivepoint marking method has important clinical value in the measurement of difficult eye axial length. It is an effective inspec tion means to improve the accuracy of the results, which with high accuracy and practicality.
