摘  要:目的探讨颈性前庭诱发肌源性电位(C-VEMP)在正常人群中的正常参考值和影响因素。方法使用Bio-logic Navigator RRO听性脑干反应诊断系统进行颈性C-VEMP测试,分别进行3种体位测试,并对获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果 110例健康志愿者接受了C-VEMP测试。扭颈测试体位双侧P1潜伏期、N1潜伏期差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);双侧波幅数值相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),左侧波幅普遍高于右侧。伸下颌测试体位,双侧P1潜伏期、N1潜伏期差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);双侧波幅数值相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),左侧波幅普遍高于右侧。收下颌测试体位,双侧P1潜伏期、N1潜伏期差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);双侧波幅数值相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.443),即双侧波幅相仿。扭颈、伸下颌和收下颌3种测试体位校准前后,波幅比差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。双侧反应阈值相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.21)。结论 C-VEMP影响因素较多,使用收下颌测试体位具有较明显的优势,尽管校准存在理论必要,但是实际校准对整体而言无显著差别。Objective To explore the normal values and influence factors of cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials( C-VEMP) in health population. Methods The C-VEMP was tested by using Navigator RRO. The tone burst500 Hz sound was given through inserted earplug. The C-VEMP was recorded in three types of position. All the data were analyzed by using statistical methods. Results A total of 110 healthy volunteers completed the C-VEMP test in three types of position. For C-VEMP,there was no statistical difference between both sides for the latency of P1 and N1 tested in the turn neck lateral( TNL) position( P〉0. 05),the same as in the rise the head( RH) position and lower the head( LH) position( P〉0. 05). However,there was statistical difference between both sides in the amplitude( P〈0. 001)and the left amplitude was generally higher than the right amplitude in the TNL and RH positions,except for LH position( P =0. 443). There was no significant difference between calibration and non-calibration of amplitude( P〉0. 05) and both sides response threshold( P = 0. 21) in any of these three positions. Conclusions There were so many influence factors for the results of C-VEMP. The amplitude calibration would not influence the results for C-VEMP in whole. The LH position was recommended for C-VEMP.
