摘　　要：目的探讨影响肾上腺醛固酮瘤手术患者血压恢复的相关因素。方法对我院收治的40例醛固酮瘤患者24h尿微量白蛋白、肾穿刺病理、血肌酐及尿素氮与术后持续高血压之间的关系进行分析,明确相关影响因素与醛固酮瘤术后高血压之间的关系。结果所有患者中,14例24h尿微量白蛋白增高者术后持续高血压9例;13例血肌酐、尿素氮升高者术后持续高血压9例。术后持续高血压者共16例,其中15例行肾穿刺活检的患者均显示肾脏有不同性质、不同程度的病理变化。结论术前高血压病史时间长、术前肾脏病理变化与醛固酮瘤术后持续高血压密切相关。尤其应该重视醛固酮瘤患者的肾脏血管并发症。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of blood pressure after operation on aldosterone-producing adenoma. Methods Clinical data of 40 cases of aldosterone-producing adenoma were reviewed to analyze the correlation be- tween albumin, renal biopsy, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and postoperative durative hypertension. Results Of all pa- tients, 9 of the 14 cases which had elevated urinary albumin had hypertension, 9 of the 13 cases which had increased serum cre- atinine and urea nitrogen had hypertension. Altogether 16 cases had persistent hypertension after operation, of whom 15 cases received renal biopsy and showed pathological changes of different natures and degrees. Conclusion Long--term preopera- tive hypertensionp and renal pathological changes are the influencing factors for postoperative durative hypertension of aldoste- rone-- producing adenoma.
