托特罗定对于改善留置输尿管支架管引起的下尿路症状的作用

摘　　要：目的评价托特罗定改善留置输尿管支架管患者不适症状的效果。方法 2013年3~12月,共有54例输尿管镜碎石后留置D-J管患者入组本研究。患者随机分为2组。未接受托特罗定治疗的30例患者为空白组,在置管期间接受了托特罗定（4mg/d）治疗的24例患者为治疗组。两组患者在置入支架管和取出支架管前均接受国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）对患者下尿路症状和生存质量进行评估。结果两组患者在置入支架管前各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;取出支架管前IPSS平均分空白组为6.60±5.33,治疗组为3.96±3.62,治疗组显著低于空白组（P〈0.05）;生理领域平均分空白组为14.91±2.63,治疗组为16.33±1.67,治疗组显著高于空白组（P〈0.05）。结论托特罗定可改善D-J管相关下尿路症状以及患者的生活质量。Objective Objective To evaluate the effects of tolterodine in improving symptoms in patients with double- J ureteral stents indwelt. Methods A total of 54 patients who had double-J ureteral stents indwelt after ureteroscopic stone removal during Mar. and Dec. 2013 were enrolled. The patients were prospectively randomized into two groups. Group 1 （n = 30） didn＇t receive tolterodine therapy, while Group 2 （n =24） received tolterodine （4 mg/day） therapy. All patients comple- ted the International Prostate Symptom Scale （IPSS） and the brief version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life In- strument to evaluate lower urinary tract symptoms and quality of life before double-J stent removal. Results The mean score of IPSS was 6.60 in Group 1 and 3.96 in Group 2, P〈0.05. The mean score of physical domain was 14.91 in Group 1 and 16.33 in Group 2, P〈0.05. Conclusion Tolterodine can improve stent-related lower urinary tract symptoms and quality of life.
