氨氯地平联合辛伐他汀滴丸治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平与辛伐他汀滴丸治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取本院2000年1月～2014年1月间收治的200例高血压合并冠心病患者临床资料,依据（0,1）分布随机均分为观察组及对照组。观察组患者运用氨氯地平、辛伐他汀滴丸治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组为84.0%,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氨氯地平与辛伐他汀滴丸对治疗高血压合并冠心病效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine combined simvastatin pills in the treatment of hypertension combining coronary heart disease. Methods 200 patients with hypertension combining coronary heart disease, who were treated in our hospital from January 2000 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group who was treated with amlodipine combined simvastatin pills and control group who was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group（96.0%） was significant higher than in control group（84.0%）, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined simvastatin pills in the treatment of hypertension combining coronary heart disease has remarkable effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
