七氟烷与地佐辛复合吸入麻醉用于宫腔镜电切术的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对应用七氟烷与地佐辛复合吸入方式对接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的患者实施麻醉的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组46例。采用七氟烷与舒芬太尼复合方式对对照组患者实施麻醉;采用七氟烷与地佐辛复合吸入方式对观察组患者实施麻醉。结果观察组患者麻醉起效时间、术后清醒时间、住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组;宫腔镜电切术麻醉效果明显优于对照组。结论应用七氟烷与地佐辛复合吸入方式对接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的患者实施麻醉的临床效果非常理想。Objective To study the clinical effect of inhalation anesthesia of sevoflurane combined dezocine in patients with uteroscope electrotomy. Methods 92 patients with uteroscope electrotomy who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in control group were implemented anesthesia with sevoflurane combined sufentanil, while patients in observation group were implemented anesthesia with sevoflurane combined dezocine. Results The onset time of anesthesia, the postoperative awake time, and the total time of hospitalization in observation group were shorter than in control group. The anesthetic effect of patients with uteroscope electrotomy in observation group was obviously better than in control group. Conclusion Inhalation anesthesia of sevoflurane combined dezocine in patients with uteroscope electrotomy has very desirable clinical effect.
