疑似马来酸桂哌齐特引起肉眼血尿病例1例分析

摘　　要：目的通过1例应用马来酸桂哌齐特后出现肉眼血尿的病例分析,探讨在临床治疗中如何安全、合理应用桂哌齐特。方法回顾性分析1例患者应用马来酸桂哌齐特后出现肉眼血尿的病例,对其不良反应发生过程、处置情况及转归情况进行分析。结果患者在停用马来酸桂哌齐特后,予左氧氟沙星抗炎对症治疗后好转。结论临床应用桂哌齐特时,需注意监测患者是否出现发热、寒战等症状并应及时检查血常规。在注意其出现血液系统不良反应的同时,应避免与可能引起白血球减少的其他药物合用,高龄患者应用桂哌齐特时应控制用药时间及给药剂量。出现不良反应后,应考虑临床效果及不良反应的程度再慎重决定是否继续用药,以保障合理、安全用药。Objective Through the analysis of 1 case with hematuria caused by Maleate Cinepazide, to investigate how to security and rational in clinical application of Cinepazide. Methods Hematuria caused by maleate cinepazide in one case was retrospectively analyzed. The adverse reactions occur, disposition and outcome were analyzed. Results After the discontinuation of Maleate Cinepazide, patients turned Levofloxacin to anti-inflammatory treatment with a symptomatic improvement. Conclusion Clinical application of Cinepazide, should pay attention to monitor whether the patient developed fever, chills and other symptoms, and should be checked in blood. Note that it appears in the blood system, while adverse reactions should be avoided and may cause leukopenia in combination with other drugs, elderly patients should control the time and dose of medication. The degree of adverse reactions, it should consider the clinical effects and adverse reactions carefully before deciding whether to continue medication to protect the reasonable and safe medication.
