摘  要:Henry是一个重要的人名反应,在有机合成中具有广泛的应用。分别概述了醛、酮化合物和硝基烷烃在有机小分子催化作用下的不对称Henry反应,以及有机催化的不对称串联Michael/Henry反应。对于胍、硫脲、胺、相转移催化剂及奎宁衍生物(类似物)等不同类型有机小分子催化不对称Henry反应作了概述。并对有机催化不对称Henry反应的研究作了相应的展望。Henry reaction is an important name reaction,which is widely employed as a powerful C--C bond-forming tool in organ- ic syntheses. In this work,the asymmetric organocatalytic Henry reactions of aldehydes with nitroalkanes and the asymmetric or- ganoeatalytic Henry reactions of ketones with nitroalkanes were investigated, respectively. The enantioseleetive organocatalytic domino Michael/Henry reactions were also reviewed. The organoeatalysts engaged in the reactions could be guanidines,thioureas, amines, phase-transfer catalysts, quinine derivatives or analogues and so on. In addition, further research advances were expected.
