摘 要:系统研究了剪切低温浇注式半固态浆料制备工艺(LSPSF)对Al-7Si-2Fe合金和Al-17Si-2Fe合金中富铁相形态的影响,结果显示:普通铸造工艺和LSPSF工艺处理过的Al-7Si-2Fe合金中富铁相均是针状的β-Al5Fe Si相;普通铸造工艺处理的Al-17Si-2Fe合金中富铁相有针状的β-Al5Fe Si相和块状的δ-Al4Fe Si2相,然而经过LSPSF工艺处理富铁相有块状的δ-Al4Fe Si2相和少量的α-Al12Fe3Si2相。文中还讨论了LSPSF工艺对富铁相形态的影响机理。The effect of low superheat pouring with a shear field (LSPSF) process treatment on the morphological change of iron intermetallic phases in the hypereutectic Al-17Si-2Fe alloy and hypoeutectic Al-7Si-2Fe alloy were systematically studied. The results show that, both common casting treatment and LSPSF treatment the rich iron phases are mainly composed of acicular β-Al5FeSi phase in Al-7Si-2Fe alloy. In the Al-17Si-2Fe alloy, the rich iron phases mainly contain acicular β-AlsFeSi phase and 8-Al4FeSi2 phase. After LSPSF process treatment, the rich iron phases are refined and exist 8-Al4FeSi2 phase and a small amount of α-Al12Fe3Si2 phase. The mechanism of LSPSF treatment on the morphology of rich iron phase was also discussed.
