摘　　要：研究了一种新型RECo铬青铜材料在非真空状态下的熔炼质量控制要点,配置了合金熔炼覆盖洁净溶剂,详细介绍了合金熔炼过程中单质金属的预热温度、加料次序、控制要点、炉前宏观含气量及弯角检验方法,考察了合金的金相组织缺陷等。The melting quality control points of a new type of RECo-chromium bronze at non-vacuum condition was studied, the melting covering clean solvent of the alloy was configured, the preheating temperature, feeding order, control points, macro gas content of furnace front and corner test method of elemental metal alloy during smelting process were introduced, metallographic structure defects of the alloy was investigated.
