摘  要:介绍了一种基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)控制器的中子束线开关控制系统设计和实现。该系统主要用于散裂中子源多功能反射谱仪,以PLC为控制核心,以步进电机为驱动部件,配以高精度圆光栅进行位置反馈,实现中子束线开关在大负载下的高精度定位。针对中子束线开关的工作位置的重要性和工作环境,对该系统的关键部件进行冗余设计,侧重防护检查和错误处理等,保证其安全可靠稳定运行。模拟测试结果表明,系统能安全处理各类错误状况,长时间稳定工作,空载条件下的系统重复定位精度达到16.2″,满足设计要求。Background: The Multi-purpose Reflectometer (MR) is one of the three spectrometers in the first-phase construction of the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). The neutron beam line switch plays an important role in MR of the neutron beam. Purpose: This study aims to design high precision and high reliability switching control of the neutron beam line in MR that guarantees the security of operators and devices. Methods: A programmable logic controller (PLC) is employed as kernel processor, a step motor as driving component, and a high precision circular grating for position-feedback. Redundancy of the protective design and error handling is taken to ensure that the system is working steadily and safely. Results: Simulation test showed that the system can deal with error condition safely and maintain a stable running. A repeat positioning accuracy of 16.2″ is achieved during the no load test. Conclusion: The results of tests show that the design of our neutron beam line switch control system can satisfy the experiment requirements in MR.
