摘　　要：中国特色政党制度的理论基础是我国多党合作制度确立的理论依据和理论支撑,它由作为多党合作制度价值基础的人民民主理论、实践基础的统一战线理论以及运行基础的社会主义政党关系理论,相互联系、有机组成。中国特色政党制度理论基础的研究,不仅关系到我国多党合作立制之本,而且关系到中国特色社会主义民主政治的发展之基,对完善中国特色社会主义制度体系、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,有着重大的理论价值和现实意义。The theoretical basis for political party system with Chinese characteristics is the theoretical foundation and support for establishing the multi -party cooperation system in China. It is composed of several parts which are organically connected to each other, including the people＇ s democracy theory as the value basis, the United Front theory as the practical basis, and the theory on socialist relations between political parties as the operational basis. Research theoretical basis of the political party system with Chinese characteristics not only relates to the foundation for estab on the lishing the multi - party cooperation system in China, but also concerns the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and facilitate the modernization of national governance system and governing capability.
