摘　　要：近年来,随着两岸关系的不断改善,两岸经贸文化交流日益密切、人员往来互动逐渐频繁,两岸在海事安全领域面临的问题也不断凸显。当前,在两岸关系和平发展的新阶段,加强两岸在共有海域的海事安全合作,不但符合两岸民众的根本利益,而且有利于培育双方的互信,从而不断增强两岸关系和平发展的政治、经济、文化和社会基础。The sea area commonly owned by China's Mainland and Taiwan is considerably large the improvement of Cross -Straits relations, there are increasingly frequent economic ＆ cultural exc In recent years, with hanges and interactions between both sides, and the maritime safety issues become more prominent in this area. At the present new stage of peaceful development of Cross -Straits relations, strengthening Cross -Straits cooperation on maritime safety is not only in line with the public interest of both sides, but also beneficial to building mutual trust, thus constantly consolidating the political, economic, cultural and social foundation for peaceful development of Cross - Straits Relations.
