摘 要:针对神东煤田煤层埋藏浅、松散表土、顶板坚硬,工作面首采过程中顶板初次大面积垮落易形成飓风的特点,提出了利用深孔预裂爆破技术破坏顶板的完整性,减缓初次来压的破坏作用。结合镜界煤矿31109工作面浅埋坚硬顶板条件,利用岩层控制理论、爆破理论等,对初采工作面深孔预裂爆破参数及工艺进行研究。实践表明,放顶效果良好,取得了较好的技术经济效果。During mining of shallow - buried seam with loose topsoil - hard - thin bedrock, especially in the process of primary mining face, to avoid personnel injury and equipment damage in mechanized mining face when large area roof collapse creating hurricane with huge impact load. A deep hole presplit blasting scheme before first roof collapse was proposed, to break the roof and relieve the destructive effect of first weighting. According to the geological conditions of Jinjie coal mine 31109 working face, deep hole presplitting blasting parameters and process for primary mining face were studied, using rock strata control theory, blasting theory and field practice. The practice achieved good effect.
