摘　　要：简述了带式压滤机的结构与工作原理,介绍了该设备在路天洗煤厂的应用情况,并与快开式压滤机进行了工艺效果对比。实践表明:新型带式压滤机具有占地面积小、操作简单、处理量高、电耗省的优点,是选煤厂煤泥厂内回收及洗水闭路循环的一种有益实践;与快开式压滤机相比,其在煤泥处理方面的适应性及优越性更强。The structure and working principle of belt filter press were analyzed, and its application in Lutian Coal Preparation Plant was introduced. The process effect was compared with quick - operating pressure filter. Practice shows that, the belt filter press requires smaller occupied area, simpler operation, higher handling capacity and less energy, which is beneficial for coal preparation plant in coal slime recovery and slurry water closed circulation, and offers greater adaptability and better superiority in coal slime treatment.
