摘  要:以陕西彬县下沟矿技术改造为研究对象,研究分析下沟矿以改革采煤方法为核心,实现矿井安全高效开采的技术途径,并应用基于生产函数的索洛余值法,结合煤炭企业及行业特点,创建了科技进步贡献率测评模型,对下沟矿科技进步的作用进行测评研究,得出了下沟矿科技进步贡献率为60.4%,科技进步是促进下沟矿经济增长的主导因素。According to the technical transformation of Xiagou Coal Mine, a technical approach based on mining method reform was proposed to realize safe and efficient mining of underground coal mine. And the evaluation model was established for contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, using production function based on Solow residual method combined with the characteristics of industry and coal enterprises, according to the test on Xiagou Coal Mine, the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress was 60. 4% , and the progress of science and technology is the leading factors of economic growth in Xiagou Coal Mine.
