摘 要:为研究岩石负温力学特性,需进行大量的负温三轴压缩试验,以现有的试验机的效率无法满足大规模试验的需求。为此,对低温冻结岩土三轴试验机做如下改进:将原配储油桶改为可控温冰箱,利用低温油泵将冰箱内的低温航空硅油直接注入压力室,减少航空硅油在压力室的冷却时间;将原刚性提降方式改为链条柔性提降方式,减少试验提降的次数。通过以上改进方案,使得首次试验时间由7h缩短至4h,试验效率提升75%,后续试验时间由2h缩短至50min,试验效率提升140%,实现了一天进行多次试验的目标。In order to research the mechanical properties of sandstone under negative temperatures, a large amount of tests on negative temperature triaxial compression were required, while the existing test efficiency was inadequate. Concerning the long test period and low efficiency, the testing machine was improved, the oil storage barrel was replaced by temperature adjustable refrigerator, the pre - chilled aviation silicone oil was infused into pressure chamber through oil pump to reduce its cooling time in the pressure chamber; the lifting from was changed from rigid connection to soft connection with chains to reduce the frequency of lifting and lowering. After the improvement, the efficiency of the initial test was enhanced by 75% , and the later test by 140%, achieving testing multiple samples in one day.
