摘  要:针对现代液压测试系统工作于复杂环境的特点,提出了一种用于液压设备的无线液压系统数据测试方法。研究了基于Zigbee无线网络的通信方法,设计了无线通信节点硬件构建和软件实现方法。上位机运用Lab VIEW采用模块化的设计思路,实现了采集数据的分析和显示,同时结合数据库完成了数据的存储和调用,系统软件采用多线程的设计方法,提高了工作效率。现场测试结果表明系统具有可靠性和高效性。Aiming at the complex working environment of modern hydraulic test system, a wireless test method for hydraulic system data was proposed. The communication method was studied based on ZigBee wireless network, the methods for wireless communication node hardware construction and software realization were designed. LabVIEW was used as upper computer adopting modular design thought, the data analysis and display was realized, and the data storage and transfer was completed combining with the database, multithreading design method was applied for system software, improving work efficiency. Field test results show that, the system is reliable and efficient.
