摘 要:本文研究了电解锰压滤渣进行高温脱硫工艺,以及脱硫渣作为混合材对水泥强度的影响。采用碳硫分析仪测定脱硫渣中残余硫含量,还原剂添加系数为0.3时,1050℃下保温20 min后的脱硫率达到81.88%。作为水泥混合材时,掺入30%左右的含硫2.94%的脱硫渣的水泥强度达到P.S.A32.5级,由此证明,脱硫的电解锰压滤渣做为混合材是可行的。In this paper, studies on desulfurization of electrolytic manganese slag under high-temperature and the activity acting as cement additive were carried out. Carbon-sulfur analyzer was used to detect the sulfur content in residue. Desulfurization rate was up to 81.88% after the slag with sulfur was treated for 20 rain at 1050 ℃. The results showed that strength grade of cement was PSA32.5 when post-treated slag made up 30% of cement. It was feasible that post-treated slag was used as cement additives.
