摘　　要：近几年,随着煤矿现代化步伐的不断加快,应用于煤矿生产的机械设备体积不断增大、设备重量不断增加;并伴随着开采技术的不断提高,复杂煤层开采越来越多,这就急需研究出一种新的运输设备,在运输安全第一的前提下能够解决煤矿井下超大吨位、超远距离、超大运量、大倾角、多边坡、多弯曲巷道的辅助运输工具。SQ-160/160 PS无极绳连续牵引车正是针对上述工况的煤矿辅助运输设备,牵引力为160k N,用以实现井下特大吨位、大倾角、长距离工况条件下的运输,在辅助运输领域填补了国内空白。Abstract：In recent years, along with the accelerating pace of modernization of coal mine, the application in the production of coal mine machinery equipment volume increasing, equipment weight increasing;With mining technolo- gy unceasing enhancement, more and more complex coal seam mining, it urgently needs to study out a new transportation equipment, on the premise of transportation safety first to solve the coal mine large tonnage, extreme distance, large ca- pacity,large dip Angle, slope,bending roadway of auxiliary transportation. SQ-160/160 PS endless rope continuous trac- tor for working condition of the coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment, traction is 160 kN, to realize the downhole extra large tonnage, under the condition of large dip Angle, working condition of long distance transportation, filled the domestic blank in the field of auxiliary transportation.
