摘　　要：针对数字作品经多级授权后无法有效证明授权的合法性问题,研究了数字作品基本授权信息的类型,分析了数字作品权利转移的逻辑关系,通过构建权利链基本模型、组合形态模型,设计构建算法记录数字作品多级授权信息,以解决合法授权的问题。Aiming at the problem that the digital works by multi-level authorization cannot effectively prove the legitimacy of authorization, this paper analyses the types of digital works＇ basic authorization information and the logical relationship of digital works＇ fight transfer. By building the basic fights chain model and the combination configuration model, a construction algorithm to record the digital works＇ multilevel authorization information is designed, so as to solve the problem for the legal authorization.
