某船电动锚机刹车失灵的故障分析及管理和生产改进建议

摘　　要：针对某国产电动锚机反复出现的刹车失灵故障及具体的处理过程,分析了造成经常性刹车失灵的原因为刹车摩擦片质量不良,造成磨损碎屑堆积,进入摩擦片结合间隙,妨碍了摩擦片的结合。提出了避免该类事故的管理办法,即勤检查摩擦片间隙和堆积物状况,备足备件。对该型锚机的生产设计,从使用者的角度提出了钻孔以方便清除堆积物,改进端盖的设计,以便于拆卸等。进一步提出了在消化吸收国外先进技术进行国产化的时候,切忌照搬照抄,要结合我国的实际工艺水平和使用条件加以改进的建议。Based on the malfunction of an electrical windlass＂ brake, the repair process was described. The reasons for the recurrent brake failure were analyzed, which was coused by a large number of the wear debris accu- mulation produced by the inferior friction plate. To avoid such accidents in the management, checking for ground clearance of the friction plate and the piling height should be done frequently. At the same time, enough spare parts should be reserved. In the view of the users, drillig a hole for easy cleaning up the debris and improving the design of end caps for facilitating demolition are recommended. Further suggestion is that localized production mustn＇t copy the foreign technology with no deviation, and the local conditions and actual level of the technique should be considered.
