摘　　要：针对新型舰船遂行中远海任务期间,舰员级维修任务重、组织实施难度大等特点,开展了新型舰船舰员级维修能力建设方法研究。首先明确了舰员级维修的主要任务,并对舰员级维修能力进行了分解和描述,其次总结了舰员级维修能力的基本发展规律,分析了新型舰船舰员级维修能力的使用需求,最后提出了舰员级维修能力建设需求和基本阶段。Research on setting method of crew-classed maintenance capability for a new type war-ship is de- veloped because of its heavy task and difficult implementation in the sailing at sea. At first, the major task is made clear, then the crew-classed maintenance capability is decomposed and described, next the basic developing pat- tern and＇demands in its use are concluded, and finally, the setting needs and basic stages are put forward for the crew-classed maintenance capatility.
