摘  要:FPSO坞修工程有着坞修时间紧、质量要求高、施工项目多的典型特点,因此对于施工现场的质量和进度有着极高的要求,文章从FPSO坞修工程的结构修理、涂装施工、新增结构制造3个领域进行分析,得出前期勘验各部门相关人员协同工作,涂装现场选择合适的工艺和程序,新增模块制造现场与坞修现场并行施工是提高质量和进度的关键所在,对于FPSO坞修工程施工现场的过程控制有一定的工程指导意义。For the FPSO docking repair engineering, high requirements on quality and progress on site are presented because of its characteristics of short docking repair period and many items of construction. In this arti- cle, a conclusion is drawn that relevant departments" cooperation, appropriate process and procedure at painting site and parallel construction of new structure manufacturing site and docking repair engineering site are needed through analyzing the structure repairing, the painting construction and new structure manufacturing, which are the key points of improving the quality and schedule. It is of guiding significance to the process control of the FPSO docking repair on the construction site.
