摘 要:为探究羊驼MC1R的生物学特性,扩增羊驼皮肤组织中MC1R基因cDNA序列,并运用生物信息学软件推测羊驼MC1R基因序列的特性及编码蛋白的理化性质、疏水性、跨膜区以及保守性结构域等。结果表明:羊驼MC1R基因与各物种的MC1R基因存在较高的同源性,MC1R编码蛋白的分子式为C1601H2538N410O413S22,是一个稳定的疏水蛋白,存在7个跨膜区域,主要定位于细胞膜上,是跨膜蛋白。功能域的预测发现,MC1R含有1个功能域,即7TM蛋白家族保守结构域,这与MC1R存在于黑色素细胞表面,接受α-MSH的信号,作为黑色素细胞接受机体激素调控的主要信号通路,进而调控毛色的功能相一致。羊驼MC1R的生物信息学分析可为以后实践中深入研究它的功能提供参考。To explore the biological characteristics of MC1R in alpaca, the cDNA sequence of MC1R gene from the skin of Alpaca was amplified. The physicochemical properties, hydrophobic property, transmembrane domain and conserva- tive structure domain of MC1R in alpaca and its gene sequence was analyzed by bioinformatics methods. The results in- dicated that the MC1R of alpaca had high homology with the BMP4 of various species. The molecular formula was C1601 H2538 N410 O413 S22. The encoded protein was a stable hydrophobic protein, including seven transmembrane regions. The protein was transmembrane protein and mainly located in the cell membrane. Functional domains prediction demonstra- ted that there was one functional domains, namely 7TM protein family. This was consistent with the fact that MC1R, which could regulate hair color, was located on the surface of melanocytes and received be signal of the a-MSH and was the main signaling pathway for the melanocyte to receive the hormone regulation of body. The bioinformatics analysis of MC1R gene could provide reference for the further study in practice.
