摘 要:大田试验,在谷子灌浆期叶面喷施不同剂量的Na2SeO3(0,0.038,0.075,0.113,0.150,0.188和0.225kg·hm-2),研究其对常规谷子品种(晋谷21号)和杂交谷子品种(张杂谷10号)的籽粒含硒量和品质的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施硒肥可提高谷子的籽粒含硒量,改善籽粒品质。晋谷21号与张杂谷10号的籽粒硒含量均随喷施亚硒酸钠浓度的增加而显著提高,0.225kg·hm-2亚硒酸钠处理达到最大值,分别为0.331和0.226mg·kg-1,是对照处理的17和13倍。与对照相比,晋谷21号籽粒粗蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉含量均随着施硒量的增加呈先升高后降低趋势,而可溶性蛋白质含量呈先降低后升高再降低趋势,0.150kg·hm-2浓度时均达最大值,分别显著提高了5.81%、42.68%、27.87%,109.73%;张杂谷10号籽粒粗蛋白质、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量随着施硒量的增加呈先升高后降低趋势,粗蛋白质与可溶性蛋白质含量在0.188kg·hm-2浓度处理时达最大值,分别显著提高6.88%、165.98%,可溶性糖含量在0.113kg·hm-2浓度处理时达到最大,提高了47.50%,淀粉含量随着施硒量的升高而增大,0.225kg·hm-2浓度时显著提高了43.06%。综合2个谷子品种的5个品质指标,叶面喷施0.150kg·hm-2亚硒酸钠为宜,可以有效提高谷子籽粒中硒含量和品质。Field experiment was conducted, which researched the effects of selenium content and quality of millet seeds on different doses of Na2SeO3 (0, 0. 038, 0. 075, 0. 113, 0. 150, 0. 188 and 0. 225 kg · hm-2) through foliage spray during the grain filling stage. Results showed that spraying selenium can improve the selenium content and quality of Traditional millet (Jingu 21) and Hybrid millet (Zhangzagu 10). Selenium content of "Jingu 21" and "Zhangzagu 10" increased as sodium selenite concentrations increased, and the highest could amount to respectively 0. 331 and 0. 226 mg ·kg-1 , which were 17 and 13 times in contrast to control respectively. Compared with the control, crude protein content, soluble sugar and starch content of "Jingu 21" increased at first, then decreased as sodium selenite concentra- tions increased, while the content of soluble protein decreased at first, then increased and decreased at last, 0. 150 kg ·hm z concentration reached the maximum values, which were significantly improved 5.81% 42. 68%, 27.87%,cantly increase by 43.06%. Through five index factors and two varieties, two varieties millet were appropriate by foliar appli- cation of 0. 150 kg · hm-2 sodium selenite which could effectively improve the selenium content and quality of millet grain.
