摘 要:为探讨茶菊‘玉人面’对碱胁迫的耐受程度,采用营养液砂培方法,研究了不同浓度Na2CO3(0、10、30、50、70、90mmol·L-1)胁迫对植株形态、生理生化和光合生长的影响。结果表明:随着NaCO3胁迫浓度的增强,植株叶细胞膜透性(Cond)、丙二醛(MDA)含量增加;脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性蛋白(SPC)含量上升,可溶性糖(SS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升后降趋势,过氧化物酶(POD)持续升高;叶绿素含量(Chl)、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)先降后升;花序直径缩短,花序畸形率升高,花产量显著下降。Na2CO3胁迫显著抑制植株的生长,抑制程度随胁迫浓度提高而增强,茶菊‘玉人面’耐碱的极限浓度为50mmol·L-1。Applying the nutrient solution sand culture method, this article studied the effect. Of different concentration of Na2 CO3 (0.10.30.50.70.90 mmol · L-1 ) stress to morphological, physiological, biochemical and photosynthetic growth in order to explore the degree of resistance to alkali stress from chrysanthemum tea "Yu renmian". Results show that: the stress of Na2CO~ inhibit the growth of plants significantly, and it enhanced with stress concentration strengthen, the limit of alkali concentration of chrysanthemum tea "Yu renmian" was 50 mmol · L-1. With the en- hancement of Na2 COs stress concentration, the content of Cond, MDA increased as the same with Pro and SPC. While content of SS and SOD was lowered after the first trend, POD continued to rise; Content of chlorophyll, Pn, Tr and Gs was reduced, Ci increased after the first drop; Inflorescence diameter was shortening and its deformity rate was in- creasing, flower production dropped significantly. This study argues that Na2CO3 stress inhibit the growth of plants significantly, and its inhibition degree increase with stress concentration increasing. The limit of alkali concentration of chrysanthemum tea "Yu renmian" is 50 mmol · L-1.
