反相高效液相色谱法测定百癣夏塔热胶囊中槲皮素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定百癣夏塔热胶囊中槲皮素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18-H柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（49∶51）,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长360nm,进样量为10μL。结果槲皮素进样量在19.50-585ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为97.69%,RSD为0.85%（n=6）。结论该方法快速简便、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于百癣夏塔热胶囊中槲皮素的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for deermining the quercetin content in Baixuanxiatare Capsules.Methods The sep-aration was performed on the Ultimate XB-C18-H column with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（49：51） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 360nm,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results The sample size in the range of 19.50-585 ng showed a good linearity with the peak area（r=0.999 9）;the average recovery rate of quercetin was 97.69%,RSD 0.85%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable with good repeatability,and can be used for the determination of the quercetin content in Baixuanxiatare Capsules.
