摘　　要：目的调查分析医院老年住院患者合理用药情况。方法应用合理用药监测(PASS)系统提取2013年11月医院65岁及以上老年住院患者的医嘱,对其用药情况进行回顾性监测、统计、分析。结果PASS系统共检出监测医嘱14660条,其中提示不合理用药的医嘱1866条,占所有医嘱的12.73%,包括绝对禁止医嘱0.64%、高度警惕医嘱7.93%、一般警示医嘱4.15%。结论该院临床用药基本合理,但医疗机构应加强对老年人用药的关注,提高合理用药水平,减少药品不良反应。Objective To invetigate the rational drug use situation among elderly inpatients in the hospital.Methods The medical orders of elderly inpatients（age≥65 years old） were extracted in November 2013 by the prescription automatic screening system（PASS）and their medication situation was performed the retrospective monitoring,statistics and analysis.Results 14 660 pieces of monitoring medi-cal orders were checked out by PASS,in which the irrational medical orders were 1 866 pieces,which accounted for 12.73% of all medical orders,including absolute prohibition medical orders（0.64%）,highly vigilant medical orders（7.93%） and general warning medical orders（4.15%）.Conclusion The clinical medication in elderly inpatients is basically rational,but there are still some prob-lems.The medical institution should pay more attention to the elderly medication to increase the medication level and reduce the ad-verse reactions.
