注射用抗菌药物滴注速度与注意事项分析

摘　　要：目的为了加强抗菌药物的合理使用,对注射用抗菌药物的滴注速度进行总结分析。方法通过问卷调查与查阅文献相结合的方式,对注射用抗菌药物的滴注速度作归纳总结。结果抗菌药物在临床使用过程中滴注的速度存在很大差异,结合药品说明书总结出特别需要缓慢静脉滴注的药物。结论应建立滴注速度标准,为临床规范使用抗菌药物提供参考。Objective To summarize and analyze the dripping rate of antimicrobial drugs for strengthening the rational use of antimicro-bial drugs.Methods The dripping rate of injectable antimicrobial drugs was performed the induction and summary by using the ques-tionnaire combined with the literature consultation.Results The large difference existed in the dripping rate of antimicrobial drugs dur-ing the clinical use process.The drugs needing slow drip were summarized by combining with the drug instruction book.Conclusion The standard of dripping rate is established to provide a reference for the standardized clinical use of antimicrobial drugs.
