摘  要:为了提高测量精度,仿真分析了在π网络测量法中,石英晶体测试夹具间电容对串联谐振频率测量的影响,根据石英晶体的电模型及π网络法石英晶体测量系统中π网络的理论模型和实际模型的差异,分析了影响石英晶体谐振频率测量精度的因素,并在此基础上提出了补偿方法。实验结果表明,经过补偿后石英晶体串联谐振频率的测量精度可达到±2×10-6。To improve the measurement accuracy,the effects of capacitance between measuring fixtures on quartz crystal series resonance frequency measurement using π network method were simulated and analyzed. According to the electricity model characteristics of the quartz crystal,and the difference between the theoretical model and actual model of the π network in quartz crystal measurement system,the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the quartz crystal resonance frequency measurement are analyzed. On the basis of this,a compensation method is proposed. The experimental result indicates that quartz crystal series resonance frequency measurement accuracy can be up to ±2×106 after the compensation.
