摘 要:目的:观察调经助孕方对雄激素致不孕大鼠排卵的促进作用。方法:采用9 d龄雌性大鼠注射丙酸睾丸酮建立雄激素致不孕大鼠模型,随机分为模型组及中药组,并另设正常对照组;自81 d龄起,中药组灌胃调经助孕方,模型组与正常组灌胃等量蒸馏水,连续30 d。采用阴道涂片测定大鼠动情周期及排卵率,采用ELISA法测定卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌激素(E2)、脱氢表雄酮(DHA)。结果:模型组大鼠表现为动情间期延长,且丧失正常性周期;中药组动情周期出现周期性变化,排卵恢复率为66.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠FSH、LH和E2含量明显低于正常组(P<0.05),DHA、T含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中药组大鼠FSH、LH和E2含量明显升高(P<0.05),DHA、T含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:调经助孕方能够明显提高雄激素致不孕大鼠的排卵率,改善大鼠生殖内分泌轴功能。Objective:To observe the effects of "Tiaojin Zhuynn Recipe" on ovulation induction in androgen-causing sterile rats. Methods: Nine-day female rats injected with testosterone propionas to establish androgen-causing sterile rat models and were randomly divided into the model group, Chinese medicine group and normal blank group. Since 81 days old, the rats in Chinese medicine group were treated with "Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe", while the mold group and the normal group were fed with equal quantity of distilled water for 30 days. The vaginal smear was used to determinate the estrus cycle and ovulation rate in rats, and the ELISA was used to determine follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone ( LH ) , testosterone (T), estrogen (E2) and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHA). Results: The model group showed estrus prolongation, loss of normal sexual cycle; Chinese medicine group showed a cyclical change in estrous cycle and 66.7% of recovery rate in ovulation. There is a significantly statistical difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the normal group, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in tile model group were obviously lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the levels of DHA, and T were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with model group, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the Chinese medicine group were increased markedly (P 〈 0.05 ), and the levels of DHA and T were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : "Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe" can significantly improve the ovulation rate and the reproductive function of endocrine axis in sterile rats caused by androgen.
