摘  要:为了解决传统盘式制动器设计过程中出现的设计保守与时效性差等问题,提出一种基于时变不确定因素的盘式制动器可靠度计算模型,并以盘式制动器制动距离和制动温升作为制动性能的限制条件得到盘式制动器时变不确定性的设计方法。分析结果表明,通过对盘式制动器重新设计计算后,制动距离可靠性与制动温升可靠性均达到可靠性要求;通过对重新设计的盘式制动器进行有限元分析后,发现重新设计模型强度及温度场分布满足使用要求。In order to solve the problems of traditional appearance of the disc brake,such as design conservative and poor timeliness,the disc brakes reliability calculation model based on variable uncertainty is established,and the brake temperature and braking distance of disc brakes are regarded as the restrictions of braking performance,finally the disc brakes design method based on varying uncertainty theory is got.The simulation results show that by redesigning calculated of disc brakes,the braking distance reliability and brake temperature reliability meet the reliability requirements;by redesigning the disc brakes on the finite element analysis,the redesigned model strength and temperature distribution meet the requirements.
