某型取力器箱体结构强度分析

摘　　要：以取力器箱体为主要研究对象,采用CAD软件UG建立箱体、齿轮、轴等三维实体模型,通过数据交换接口导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,并对箱体分别进行静、动力学分析,得到了箱体的应力分布,将不同分析结果进行对比,进而为准确分析箱体的结构强度和可靠性优化设计提供理论依据。Taking the box of power take-off as the main research object,the box,gear,axis and other three-dimensional entity model are created by using the CAD software UG,and the models are inputted into ANSYS Workbench through the data exchange interface and respectively taken statics analysis and dynamics analysis of the box to obtain the box stress distribution.Then,it provides theoretical basis for accurate structure strength analysis and reliable optimizing design of the box through comparing different analysis results.
