摘 要:研究了杠杆法和自动变速器行星齿轮机构。构造一个由拉威娜式行星齿轮机构串联一个辛普森式行星齿轮机构的四行星排新机构,基于杠杆法对该机构传动路线进行分析,得出7种满足自动变速器换挡要求的传动方案,其中5种方案可实现9个前进挡、2种方案可实现10个前进挡。为多档变速器开发研究提供一种理论参考。The lever method and the planetary gear mechanism of automatic transmission are studied.A new four planetary gear mechanism which is a hybrid institutions concatenated a Ravigneaux mechanism with a Simpson mechanism is constructed.Based on the lever method,its driving route is also analyzed.Seven types of driving ways which can meet with the shifting requirements of the automatic transmission are obtained.Five types of driving ways among them can be used for 9forward gears,and the other two can be applied for 10 forward gears.Therefore,it provides a theoretical reference to develop the multiple-speed transmission system.
