摘  要:为了对比研究某机组注水脱硝系统对燃机出力及热耗率等的影响,对某燃气轮机联合循环机组进行性能试验。试验共分3个试验工况:相同基础负荷注水前后性能试验及注水后机组最大出力工况,计算了不同工况下机组出力及热耗率,计算了注水脱硝系统投运后NOx减排量和增加的度电成本,最后分析了注水对机组运行的影响,试验结果表明注水能够提高燃气轮机出力,增加热耗,降低热效率,注水可以大幅降低燃气轮机NOx排放量。注水会增加度电成本,降低电厂经济性。In order to compare the performance of the gas turbine combined cycle unit before and after injecting water,the performance test was carried out for gas turbine combined cycle unit,and the experiment is performed on three testing working conditions: the test of performance under same basic load before and after water injection and unit maximum output working condition after water injection; calculate the unit output and thermal efficiency under different working conditions; the NOx emission reductions and increase the cost of per k Wh after water injection. At last,the effect of water injection to the unit operation is analyzed. The results showed that water injection can improve the gas turbine output,increase the heat consumption,and reduce thermal efficiency. Water can significantly reduce NOx emissions from gas turbines and will increase the cost of electricity as well as reduce power plant economy.
