摘　　要："们"具有非常复杂的句法语义特征,"们"的句法实现是生成语法学界颇具争议的一个话题。本文认为"们"具有粘附性(clitic),是黏附于名词的后缀;"们"具有复杂语义特征人称[Person],复数[Plurality]以及表人[Human]。根据Pestesky & Terrego(2004)的核查理论(Checking Theory)以及Zhang(2008)的"名词短语成分的语义内涵是通过名词短语结构中相应的功能核心词的赋值得以体现的",本文提出"们"的语义特征可以对名词表人特征[uHuman],名词短语内功能核心词D的[uPerson],Cl的[uPlurality]特征进行核查,从而解释与"们"有关的各种语言现象。The complex features of ＂-men＂ in Mandarine Chinese have caused great controversy about its syntactic generalization and realization within the framework of Transformational and Generative Grammer（ TG Grammer）. This thesis analyzes three representative views about this topic in TG grammer and finds that all of them are both theoretically and emperically deficient. Based on the analysis of ＂-men＇s＂ syntactic distribution and its semantic properties,this thesis argues that ＂-men＂ is an affix suffixed to the N in noun phrases,and it has a complex feature bundle which consists of [Person],[Plurality]and [Human]. According to Pestesky Terrego s（ 2004） Checking Theory and Zhang s（ 2008） theory—the denotation of DP is denoted through the valuation of correspoding funcitonal heads embedded in the nominal structures,this thesis argues that the semantic features of ＂-men＂ can check the unvalued person feature [uPerson]of the determiner,the unvalued plurality feature [uPlurality] of the classifier,and the unvalued feature[uHuman]of the noun in the DP,and in this way linguistic facts about ＂-men＂can be explained.
