摘　　要：目的降低医疗安全不良事件漏报率。方法成立CQI小组,应用FOCUS-PDCA持续改进。结果医疗安全不良事件漏报率明显降低。结论建立医疗安全不良事件上报平台,开展多形式培训,可促使医疗安全不良事件及时上报,防范医疗事故,提高医疗质量,最终达到保障患者安全的目的。Objective To reduce the false negative report rate of medical safety adverse events. Method The CQI group was founded to use FOCUS - PDCA for continuous improvement. Result The false negative report rate of medical safety adverse events was significantly decreased. Conclusion The medical safety adverse events report platform was established with various forms of training, which can make the timely reporting of medical safety adverse events, prevent medical accidents, improve medical quality, and achieve the purpose of protection of patient safety.
