摘　　要：指出住院患者跌倒的原因可能有生理因素、依从性、疾病因素、药物因素等。运用防错技术进行护理管理,采取有效措施降低患者跌倒发生率。住院患者跌倒事件由4例降低为0,提升了护理质量及患者满意度。The potential causes of inpatients＂ fall included physiological factors, compliance, disease factors, and medicine factors. The Poka -Yoke technology was used in targeted care management and effective measures were taken to reduce the incidence of patient falls. Fall events among in patients was reduced from four cases to none, which improved the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
