摘　　要：目的对脊柱外科患者住院费用进行分析,了解住院费用构成及可能的影响因素,为进一步控制医疗费用提供参考。方法收集广州市某三甲医院脊柱外科2012年-2013年出院病历共799份,利用SPSS 13.0软件,采用描述性统计分析、非参数检验方法对患者住院费用进行分析。结果在住院费用构成中,治疗费占比最高,其次是药品费和手术费。住院天数是显著因素,同时住院费用也受到患者年龄、诊断类型、是否手术、手术方式等多种因素影响。结论应减少进口医疗器械及药物的使用,提高国产医疗器械和药物的使用率,采取控制手术指征、缩短住院天数等综合手段,降低住院总费用。Objective To analyze the hospitalization expense and its influence factors among inpatients in Department of Spine Surgery, and to provide reference for controlling medical expense. Method The discharged medical records of 799 patients in Department of Spine Surgery in a hospital during 2012 - 2013 were included, and the hospitalization expense was analyzed by using descriptive statics analysis and non - parametric inspection with SPSS 13.0 software. Result Among the hospitalization expense, the most obvious medical expense was treatment cost, followed by the drug cost and operation cost. Hospitalization expense was mainly influenced by length of stay, and also influenced by age, diagnosis, operation or not, operation modes, etc. Conclusion Multiple measures should be taken to decrease the hospitalization expense, which included reduction of the use of imported drugs and medical devices, controlling the indication of operations, and cutting down the hospitalization days.
