摘　　要：廉政建设风险是医院风险的重要组成部分,科学有效地管理和控制廉政风险,对医院生存与发展具有极其重要的意义。通过组建廉政建设FMEA团队并确定组织构架,构建医院廉政建设工作流程图,查找失效模式及其结果和原因等,有效促进了医院廉政建设。The risk of anti - corruption construction in hospital plays an important role in hospital risk management. It is meaningful for survival and development of hospital to manage and control scientifically the risk of anti - corruption. The team on failure mode and effect analysis （ FMEA ） on anti - corruption construction was established in hospital, which constructed the flow chart of the anti - corruption construction in hospital, found the failure mode and its results and causes, enhanced anti - corruption construction in hospital.
