疏肝补肾方结合溴隐亭治疗肝郁肾虚型高泌乳素血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价疏肝补肾方结合溴隐亭治疗肝郁肾虚型高泌乳素血症的临床疗效。方法将60例肝郁肾虚型高泌乳素血症患者随机分为西药组、中西药结合组,每组30例。西药组予溴隐亭治疗,中西药结合组联合应用疏肝补肾方与溴隐亭;两组疗程均为3个月,观察中医证候及血清泌乳素(PRL)水平变化情况。结果中西药结合组、西药组总有效率分别为90.0%、73.3%,中西药结合组中医证候疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中西药结合组中医证候积分及血清PRL水平均明显下降(P<0.05),西药组仅血清PRL水平下降(P<0.05),而中医证候改善不明显(P>0.05);中西药结合组在降低中医证候积分值及血清PRL水平方面优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾方结合溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症临床疗效良好,可以降低血清泌乳素水平,改善患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of＂Shugan Bushen Formula＂and bromocriptine for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern. Methods Sixty cases with hyperprolactinemia of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern were randomized into western medicine group and combination group,with 30 cases in each group. Western medicine group was treated with western medicine and combination group was treated with＂Shugan Bushen Formula＂and bromocriptine,with the course of 3 months. The TCM symptoms and PRL levels were observed. Results The total effective rate was 90. 0% in the combination group and 73. 3% in the western medicine group,TCM symptoms of the combination group was superior to that of the western medicine group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the TCM symptoms and serum PRL levels of the combination group were decreased markedly（ P 〈 0. 05）; In the western medicine group,the PRL levels was decreased markedly,but improvement of TCM symptoms was not markedly（ P 〉 0. 05）; TCM symptoms score and PRL levels of the combination group were superior to that of the western medicine group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Combined ＂Shugan Bushen Formula＂and bromocriptine can reduce PRL level and improve clinical symptoms and has positive effects on hyperprolactinemia.
