摘  要:为了提高AZ31镁合金在人体仿生液中的耐磨性,对AZ31镁合金进行微弧氧化处理,在其表面生成了Ca-P膜。利用扫描电镜(SEM),电子探针,X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计等分析了微弧氧化Ca-P膜的微观组织结构、成分、相组成和硬度。采用高速往复摩擦磨损试验机研究了微弧氧化Ca-P膜在人体仿生液中的耐磨性。结果表明:AZ31镁合金微弧氧化Ca-P膜呈多孔蜂窝状,其Ca/P(摩尔比)为0.50;微弧氧化Ca-P膜的硬度为353.4 HV,是基体的3.5倍;微弧氧化Ca-P膜的磨损体积随载荷和滑行时间的增加而增大,当载荷为7 N时,微弧氧化Ca-P膜破裂,磨损体积迅速增加;随着滑行时间的增加,微弧氧化Ca-P膜的耐磨性增强;随着载荷和滑行时间的增加,Ca-P膜表面微凸体产生的磨屑逐渐增加,磨损机理由对磨球与试样在仿生液中的腐蚀磨损、微动磨损和磨粒磨损复合而成。Micro-arc oxidation film containing Ca and P(denoted as Ca-P coating) was prepared on the surface of AZ31 Mg alloy in order to improve the wear resistance of the Mg alloy in simulated body fluid(denoted as SBF).The microstructure,elemental composition and phase ingredient of the as-prepared Ca-P coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,electron probe micro-analysis and X-ray diffraction,and the hardness of the Ca-P coating was measured with a micro-hardness tester.Moreover,a high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester was employed to evaluate the wear resistance of the Ca-P coating in SBF.Results showed that the as-prepared Ca-P coating exhibited honeycomb-like porous structure and a Ca/P molar ratio of 0.50,while its hardness(353.4 HV) was 3.5 times as much as that of the Mg alloy substrate.In the meantime,the wear volume of the micro-arc oxidation Ca-P coating tended to increase with increasing load and sliding time.When the load was 7 N,the Ca-P coating started to be broken and its wear volume increased rapidly.When the sliding time was increased,the wear resistance of the Ca-P coating increased.Besides,the amount of wear debris tended to rise with increasing load and sliding time;and the wear mechanisms of the Ca-P coating in the SBF mainly included corrosive wear,fretting wear and abrasive wear.
