摘  要:为获得一种新型三价铬镀铬用阳极材料,在304不锈钢表面电沉积PbO2-CeO2-ZrO2层制成阳极材料,采用电化学测试、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)研究了镀液温度对阳极材料耐蚀性、催化活性、表面形貌及成分的影响。结果表明:随制备温度升高,阳极材料的耐蚀性和电催化活性有一定提升;80℃时阳极材料表面镀层平整致密、晶粒细化,Ce和Zr含量最高,耐蚀性和电催化活性最优,温度升高有利于纳米CeO2和ZrO2共沉积。Electroplated PbO_2- CeO_2- ZrO_2 composite coating as an anode material for trivalent chromium electroplating was prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate.The influence of the plating bath temperature on the corrosion resistance,catalytic activity,surface morphology and element composition of the as-plated composite coating anode was studied with an electrochemical test rig,a scanning electron microscope and an energy dispersive spectrometry.Results showed that the corrosion resistance and catalytic activity of the composite coating anode tended to increase to some extent with elevating bath temperature.Particularly,the composite coating obtained under a plating bath temperature of 80 ℃ exhibited uniform and compact surface as well as refined grains,the maximum content of Ce and Zr,and the best corrosion resistance and catalytic activity.In the meantime,elevating bath temperatures was favorable for promoting the codeposition of nanometer CeO_2 and ZrO_2.
