摘  要:提出了一种可以实现连续出流的大流量无阀压电泵,该泵基于合成射流原理,其输出流量大于泵腔体积变化量.为了分析微泵流动特性及内部流场,建立其三维模型并采用CFX软件进行数值模拟.结果表明:泵腔高度、进口直径和出口直径是影响该泵性能的3个主要因素;进出口间距和泵腔直径对流量的影响较小;在一定速度范围内,对空气和水2种介质的计算结果进行了分析,发现在较小速度范围内2种介质的计算结果相差较大,在较大速度范围内二者相差较小.进口直径为2 mm,出口直径为1 mm,泵腔高度为3 mm,频率f=100 Hz,喷口最大雷诺数Re=750时,流量为24 m L/s,容积变形量为1.12.A valveless piezoelectric pump using synthetic jet was presented,and a continuous flow was realized by an optimized structure. This paper introduces the structure, working principle and characteristics of this micro-pump. A three-dimensional model was established,and numerical simulation was used to analyze its principle and performances. Results of calculation show that the height of the chamber,import and export diameter are three main factors affecting the performance of the pump.Distance between the import and the export has smaller effect on flow,the same as the diameter of chamber. In different speed ranges,the obtained calculation results of two medium air and water show that the difference between them is great at low speeds and little at high speeds. The diameter of import is2 000 μm,diameter of outport is 1 000 μm,the height of the chamber is 3 000 μm,frequency f = 100 Hz,nozzle maximum Reynolds number Re = 750,flow rate is 24 m L / s,and the volume deformation is1. 12.
