北洋时期中原地区红十字组织战事救护与调停探析

摘　　要：北洋时期,中原各地红十字组织积极组队奔赴战地参加兵灾、匪祸的救护,无私无畏,博爱泛众,造福兵民良多。各地红会医赈兼施,收容、掩埋、调停齐下,制度建设不断强化,越地救护多有发生,战事救护工作取得了丰硕的成绩,切实彰显了红十字组织特殊的人道品格,体现了地方红会国际性与地方性的辩证统一。同时,这一工作也有效维护了地方社会的正常运行,促进了地方社会的良性发展。During the reign period of the Northern Warlords, Henan Red Cross organization not only achieved fruitful results in the war rescue and mediation, but also many branch involved in the rescue and rehabilitation work elsewhere. It demonstrated the special humanitarian character of Red Cross organization effectively, and embodied the dialectical unity of its international and local. At the same time, this work also maintained the normal operation of local society effectively and promoted benign local society development.
