摘  要:目的比较Quadrant微创通道下与传统开放手术治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法选择单纯胸腰椎骨折患者57例,其中微创组27例,采用Quadrant微创系统椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗;开放组30例,采用传统开放手术椎弓根钉棒系统内固定。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及手术前后VSA评分及Cobb角变化。结果与开放组比较,微创组手术时间较长,但术中出血量少、手术切口长度及住院时短(P均<0.05),术后VSA评分低于开放组(P均<0.05),两组患者术后不同时期的Cobb角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Quadrant脊柱微创系统下进行椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折具有切口小、住院时间短、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优点。Objective To compare the effects of Quadrant minimally invasive channel versus traditional open surgery for treatment of simple thoracolumbar fractures .Methods Fifty-seven patients who suffered from simple thoracolumbar fractures were enrolled in the study . Twenty-seven cases in the minimally invasive group were treated with transpedicular internal fixation with screw -rod using Quadrant minimally invasive system.Thirty cases in the open surgery group were treated with traditional open transpedicular internal fixation with screw -rod.The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,visual analogue scale (VSA) scores and Cobb angle before and after operation were compared between two groups.Results The minimally invasive group had longer operation duration ,less intraoperative blood loss ,shorter incision length and hospital stay,and lower postoperative VAS score compared with open surgery group (all P&lt;0.05).There were no significant differences in the Cobb angles of different postoperative stages between two groups (P&gt;0.05).Conclusion Transpedicular internal fixation with screw-rod using Quadrant minimally invasive system has the advantages of smaller incision ,shorter hospital stay ,less postoperaive pains and better discovery .
